I have been passionate about innovation and learning by doing all my life. I co-founded a design studio, the first digital agency in Brazil, a school and a consultancy company. My entrepreneurial journey allowed me to experience different stages of a business, from a start-up to attracting investors and selling it to a multinational company, which led me to senior executive positions.
A wrong cancer diagnosis of my partner started a deep personal transformation. That included living aboard a sailboat with my family visiting more than 30 countries, co-founding a Steiner school designed for social inclusion and distributed leadership, working remotely wherever I had internet connection, advising CEOs, speaking regularly at events and becoming a shareholder of Enspiral, a global network of impact entrepreneurs and ventures that is a pioneer in the future of work.
Over the past 25 years, I reinvented myself several times. From innovating in business I learned to innovate in life. As people started to reach out asking for help to find out what’s next for them and their companies, I knew that was my call: to help more people find meaning in what they do and how they live.
